今回募集する日本語サポートボランティアは、英語←→日本語でのコミュニケーションを中心に、スタンフォード大学生メンターと日本の小中高生の橋渡しとして活動全体を支えます

Hi students, my name is Emma Wang and I am really excited to meet y’all this summer! I look forward to working with each and every one of you through this program. I hope that you will learn to step out of your comfort zone and take risks, whether in writing creative stories or coming up with entrepreneurial ideas. This program is a unique opportunity to explore topics that may have been previously unfamiliar and learn more about your passions in depth. Through this program, you will leave the week with new skills and confidence in your own potential. See you all soon!

Hi students, my name is Rishi Hariharaprasad, and I’m very excited to meet y’all this summer! I love building things, solving problems, and working on new ideas with other people. I am especially excited to learn about your interests and help you turn them into stories, essays, and creative projects. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to this program. What matters most is being curious, asking questions, and being open to trying something new. I hope this week helps you feel more confident sharing your ideas and exploring what excites you. Mark Leschinsky
SOPHMORE at Stanford University (Data Science)

Hi students! My name is Mark, and I am a rising Junior and SoftBank Masason Foundation Scholar studying Data Science at Stanford University. More than anything else, I love helping kids achieve their biggest dreams. Since 2024, I’ve helped students start 13 companies, raise ¥150,000,000 in grants from Google & Microsoft, impact 1,255,000 people, and reach 191 countries and all 7 continents. In my free time, I enjoy public speaking. I have served as a guest speaker at Columbia University, UC Berkeley, and Boston University, and have presented at conferences in Germany, Japan, and the US, including hosting the 2026 Google Cloud Startup Pitch Competition. I am excited to meet all of you soon!
Pachia Xiong

Hi everyone. My name is Pachia Xiong, and I’m an incoming senior studying Film and Media Studies with a minor in Human Biology. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone soon, very excited! In the time we have together, I hope we can build strong connections through conversation, trust, and learning from each other. I also hope to be someone you can comfortably talk to, whether it’s about school, goals, or personal experiences. Fun fact: I like to dance, a lot. I’m a part of a dance club at Stanford called Alliance!

経歴
慶應義塾大学卒業。経済産業省にて知的財産分野およびアフリカ開発会議（TICAD）に携わった後、起業。現在はカリフォルニア・シリコンバレーエリアを拠点に、アジアとアメリカをつなぐ教育プログラムを運営している。日本だけでなく、韓国、マレーシア、ハワイ、中国など各アジア圏からの参加者も多い。
シリコンバレーでのサマープログラムの企画・運営を通じて、子どもたちが若いうちから多様な価値観や世界基準の学びに触れることの重要性を強く実感。教育こそが、個人の可能性を広げ、未来の選択肢を増やす力になると確信している。
2026年より、これまでのシリコンバレーでのサマープログラムの知見を生かし、日本でスタンフォード大学生との交流をはかる国際交流プログラムSilicon Valley in Japan を立ち上げる。世界に挑戦する次世代を、日本から育てたい。その想いの実現のために、東京で新たな挑戦を始めている。
